Telepsychiatry services are offered only to patients located in states where Shine Psychiatry clinicians are licensed, including Texas.

Appointment Requests and Communications

Submitting an appointment request or contact form does not guarantee services or appointment availability. We reserve the right to decline services where clinically or legally appropriate.

Please do not submit sensitive medical or mental health information through general Website contact forms. Secure communication is available only through approved patient portals.

Shine Psychiatry operates as a concierge, self-pay psychiatric practice with an option for fee-for-service payment model. Fees for services are disclosed prior to scheduling and are due at the time of service unless otherwise stated in writing.
